Simple information, used for the reason you sent it.

WNA Tile & Design LTD uses the details you send to understand your project, respond to your enquiry and plan work you request. We do not use the quote form to sign you up for marketing.

What you send

The form asks for your name, email address and/or phone number, project location, project type, timing, description and permission to contact you. Photos are optional. A request reference helps us find an enquiry if you need to follow up.

Send only photos relevant to the work. Avoid including people, identity documents, payment details or other unrelated sensitive information.

How enquiries and photos are handled

Netlify hosts this website and processes quote submissions for WNA. Supported photos are resized in your browser before upload. Smaller HEIC or HEIF files may be sent in their original format when the browser cannot convert them, and may retain photo metadata. Details are transmitted using HTTPS.

WNA reviews submissions in Netlify. Uploaded photos have direct file links; anyone given one of those links may be able to open it. Please do not send confidential documents through this form. Enquiry details may also be included in WNA’s configured notification emails. A form acknowledgement does not guarantee that an email notification has reached our inbox.

Keeping and deleting information

For inactive enquiries that do not become jobs, our retention period is 12 months after the last meaningful contact with you. We review these records for deletion, including the Netlify submission, uploaded photos and separate email or exported copies. This is a manual process; the form does not have an automatic expiry.

Accepted-job records, warranty information and records needed for a dispute or other applicable obligation are handled separately and may need to be kept longer. We can consider a deletion request sooner, subject to those obligations.

Deleting a form record does not automatically remove copies already exported or received by email. Uploaded files may remain temporarily available from the provider’s cache after deletion.

Website traffic and service providers

This website does not currently load Google Analytics or advertising trackers.

Netlify processes technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver the site and filter spam. Provider systems may process information outside Canada.
